About this course
This course teaches you how to communicate with your baby through signs, in daily relevant parent-baby interactions. LOVE SIGNS will show you how to use signs, along with original songs containing all the signs we’ve learned. Studies show that from the age of six months, babies recognize their basic needs, yet they haven't adopted verbal abilities. Their only way to communicate is expressed through crying. With simple signs, they can express those needs in a way we can understand. Instead of saying “this'' and pointing at everything, we can teach them to use signs. Using my method, our babies and toddlers can tell us their needs by learning the signs through questions and puzzles with original songs. This will make them feel that they are being seen, heard and understood. Hello! I'm Michal, a sign language expert with a unique journey into the world of signing. My adventure with sign language began at 17 when, despite not being deaf or having deaf parents, I witnessed a conversation in sign language and felt an immediate, profound connection. It was as if sign language had chosen me, drawing me into its rich, expressive world and offering me a sense of belonging I hadn't known before. This discovery was more than just learning a new language; it unlocked new dimensions of communication for me, revealing the full spectrum of my potential to connect and interact. Just four months after my first encounter with signing, I was certain this was my calling. Now, I'm passionate about sharing this beautiful language and its culture, aiming to bridge worlds and bring people closer. Sign language isn't just a tool for me; it's a lifelong journey of discovery, connection, and expression.
