    About this course

In Montessori, we always start the child's education with more concrete elements before moving onto more abstract ones. In early Montessori math classes, we introduce the child to decimal numerals. The child is exposed to the place value zero in this subject of math. Children of all ages find the Golden Beads interesting, and they benefit from their ease of concept learning. Because of it, children can fully and clearly understand the entire decimal system. All the numbers between 1 and 9999 that are currently in use can be formed using these materials. This resource's main strength is that even the most abstract concepts, such thousands, hundreds, tens, and units, are made tangible. The child gradually begins to take in and internalize this knowledge with the utmost naturalness and simplicity.
